Emily Frouin is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Skillshare since May 2019, Emily has progressed through various technical roles, including Engineering Lead and Senior Platform Engineer. Prior experience includes a Senior Developer position at the University of Ottawa and earlier roles as a Technical Analyst at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Quality Assurance Analyst at the University of Ottawa. Emily has also worked as an Analyst for the Canada Border Services Agency and as a Snowboard Instructor at Station Mont Tremblant. Complementing this professional experience, Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree with specializations in Math and Physics and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
