Susan Dunseth has a strong background in business development and career services. Susan most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at Skills for Chicagoland's Future. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Career Services at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA, where they oversaw multiple mission services departments and managed a budget of several million dollars. Susan also served as the Divisional Director of Career Services at Zenith Education Group, where they directed job placement for college graduates. Susan has also held various leadership roles at Kaplan Higher Education and Career Education Corporation.

Susan Dunseth received a Certificate in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Organizations from Northwestern University in 2016. Susan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources & Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1994.
