Louis Carter is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in workplace culture and research, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Most Loved Workplace® since January 2018, aiming to onboard 1 million free Love certified accounts. As Founder and CEO of Best Practice Institute, Louis oversees research and consulting, while also advising select CEOs. Louis leads Workplacely, an AI-driven HR platform, and has established the Most Loved Workplace® rankings published by Newsweek. Additionally, Louis created Skillrater.com and has held significant roles such as VP of Research at Linkage, Executive Director at Executive Networks, and Research Analyst positions at Capgemini and UBS. Louis holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and multiple Bachelor's degrees from Brown University and Connecticut College.
