Ian Atkinson is a seasoned professional in the gaming, entertainment, and technology sectors, currently serving as Founder and Managing Director of SideQuest Gaming Group since April 2024, providing strategic advisory and operations support. At Skillprint, Ian holds the position of Advisor & Business Development, while simultaneously consulting for DreamHack. Since February 2018, Ian has been a mentor at UCLA Anderson School of Management's Venture Accelerator. Previous roles include SVP of Global Developer Partnerships and SVP of Global Publisher Partnerships at ESL FACEIT Group, and VP of Operations & Business Development for esports at Capcom. Ian's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at AdColony, Sleepy Giant Entertainment, and Playnomics, with a strong educational background featuring an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
