Carl Rabun, PhD, is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at CDR Consulting Solutions since January 2019, Rabun also holds roles as a Training Consultant at CPS HR Consulting and an Adjunct Instructor and Curriculum Developer at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Recognized with the Outstanding Service Award, Rabun has significantly contributed to educational programs focusing on soft skills, leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a strong background in learning and development, Rabun has held previous positions at Mechanics Bank, the College of Continuing Education at Sacramento State, and Rabobank NA, among others. Rabun earned a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University and has a solid educational foundation with advanced degrees in Instructional Design and History.
