Senior Manager Of Customer Success at Skilljar

Adam Mackie has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Adam most recently worked at Skilljar as the Manager of Customer Success, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Funnel Leasing from November 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Funnel Leasing, Adam was at G5, where they held various roles. Adam started as a Client Success Manager in February 2017 and was promoted to Lead Client Success Manager in October 2017. Adam then became a Manager of Account Management in April 2018, and later a Director of Account Management in August 2018. In their role as Director, Adam achieved impressive results, including exceeding net ARR growth targets by 127% and generating $3,247,919 in gross bookings. Adam also implemented strategies to increase total recurring revenue for the vertical by 6%. Adam's tenure at G5 culminated in their role as Vice President of Customer Success, where they oversaw the entire Customer Success organization for all of G5's three verticals, driving improved customer satisfaction through the implementation of new models and the introduction of land and expand programs.

Additionally, Adam worked as a Head Coach at 3d Lacrosse from September 2015 to September 2016 and as a Key Account Manager at Columbia Distributing from January 2014 to September 2014.

Adam Mackie attended Jesuit High School from 2004 to 2008. Adam then pursued higher education at the University of Oregon from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. During their time at the University of Oregon, they also pursued minors in Business and Political Science. In addition to their formal education, Adam Mackie obtained certifications in AdWords Fundamentals, AdWords Mobile, and AdWords Search from Google in June 2018.
