Amy Preci is a Full Stack React Developer at The Collab Lab, contributing to a distributed Agile development team since April 2023. In this role, Amy has utilized React, Material-UI, and Firebase to create a "Smart Shopping List" web application. Previously, Amy has honed web development skills as a student at Skillcrush, focusing on languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and advanced frameworks like React. With a rich background in speech therapy, Amy has evaluated and treated clients since 2015, even developing a digital library of therapy activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes freelance work as a Web Content Manager for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and as Head Proofreader at Sharecare. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
