Natalya Shalneva is an experienced educator and lighting designer with a diverse background in both academia and industry. Currently serving as an educator at Skillbox since 2020 and at the Moscow Architecture School (MARCH) since 2016, Natalya focuses on lighting design and project development. As an individual entrepreneur since 2014, Natalya operates a lighting design studio that specializes in creating comprehensive lighting concepts and executing full projects, including equipment supply and supervision. Prior industry experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at OSRAM Russia from 2008 to 2014 and various engineering and design positions earlier in their career. Natalya holds a Master's degree in Lighting Design from Wismar University (2019-2023) and a degree in Architectural Lighting from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1998-2004).
