Jeff Lamb started their professional career in 2012 at InsideSales.com, where they worked as a Business Development Professional and later as a Client Account Executive. In 2013, they joined Workday as a Corporate Sales Development professional. In 2014, Lamb joined Degreed as the Director of Sales Enablement. Jeff then transitioned to Salesforce in 2017, where they held the positions of Sr Manager of Sales Enablement/Strategic Programs and Director of Global Enablement Strategy until 2023. Currently, Lamb is serving as the VP of Revenue Operations and Enablement at Skillable.

Jeff Lamb earned their MBA from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business from 2006 to 2010, obtaining a BA in International Business and Economics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Agile Instructional Design from Lynda.com in March 2018.
