Thilina Sandamal Kavirathne has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as the Head Prefect at Uduwara Vidyalaya in Anguruwatota. In 2021, they began working as a Back End Developer at NeoMind before founding and becoming the Director of Skill Lab Education & Technologies and Sri Lanka IT Community. Thilina is currently pursuing a Bsc (Hons) in Information Technology specializing in Software Engineering at SLIIT University.

Thilina Sandamal Kavirathne's education history can be summarized as follows:

From 2017 to 2019, Thilina attended CWW Kannangara Central Collage in Matugama, where they pursued a degree in Engineering Technology, specifically the (GCE) Advanced Level program.

In 2020, Thilina enrolled in the Vidula Higher Education Institute in Horana and completed a Diploma in English Language, focusing on education.

Thilina pursued further studies at Aquinas College of Higher Studies starting in 2021. They are currently pursuing a Diploma in English Language and Literature, specializing in English Language and Literature.

Starting in 2021 and expected to continue until 2024, Thilina joined SLIIT and is currently working toward a BSc in Information Technology with a concentration in Computer Software Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Thilina obtained a certification in Computer Programming-JAVA from Taxila Central College in 2017.
