Tarra Carman is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Skildare since January 2024. Previously, Tarra held the position of People & Culture Manager at The Good Feet Store Australia from April 2021 to January 2024 and served as Relationship Based Care Manager and Return to Work Coordinator at Whiddon between December 2017 and April 2021. Early career experiences include roles as Academic Manager and Trainer & Assessor at Passmores College from January 2012 to November 2017, as well as a Personal Assistant at Mason Lawyers from January 2006 to January 2011. Tarra's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle and various diplomas in business and administration from Passmores College.
