Anne Kristine Jacoby is an HR advisor at Skien kommune since January 2023, providing leadership support in sick leave follow-up, workplace environment, health, safety, and restructuring. Previously, Jacoby served as a career counselor at Ifront Karriere from July 2020 to January 2023, assisting individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in returning to regular work. During a tenure as marketing coordinator at Hero Kompetanse from February to December 2022, Jacoby maintained close contact with employers to ensure appropriate job placements.
