Nick Bitter is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Farm Owner at Bitter Sweets Farm since February 2021, Nick is working toward full self-sufficiency, focusing on vermi-composting and hay production. In parallel, Nick has been the Lead Operator at Skidmore Sales & Distributing Co., Inc. since October 2015, specializing in the commercial blending of dry ingredients. Previously, Nick gained valuable experience at Amazon from August 2012 to October 2015, mastering multiple outbound processes and excelling in high-demand physical roles.
