AJ Schlicher has over 25 years of experience in customer service and sales support, currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Skidmore Sales & Distributing Co., Inc. since March 2017, after previously holding the role of Customer Service Representative. Prior to this position, AJ worked as a Sales Support Representative at Ricoh USA, Inc. from December 2005 to December 2016, and earlier gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at Ritz Camera & Image from August 1997 to December 2005. AJ holds an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University, awarded between 1998 and 2002.
