Stephen Klugherz has a diverse work experience in the pavement and surface technology industry. Stephen started their career as the President of Vanguard Industrial Tool from 1990 to 1997. From 2000 to 2004, they served as the Vice President of Sales at International Surface Preparation. In 2004, they joined Blastrac as the Global Vice President and continued in that role until 2007. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as the Global Vice President at Blastrac/Diamatic, expanding the company's market reach internationally. Klugherz returned to Blastrac in 2005 as President, where they led the company's restructuring and cost savings efforts until 2021. In 2010, they became the President of Diamatic USA, overseeing the strategic development and expansion of the business. Since 2018, Klugherz has been involved with SKIDABRADER GROUP as the CEO and partner, and served as the President of SKIDABRADER from 2019 to 2020. Stephen is currently the President of Global Contract Services, LLC, where they focus on providing comprehensive project management services in the pavement and surface technology industry.

Stephen Klugherz attended San Diego State University from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a field of study in Business/Secondary Education. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they attended De Anza College, focusing on AA/Pre Business.
