Malec Kennedy is an Automation Engineer at Skellig since June 2021, with prior experience as a Project Engineer at RoviSys from June 2016 to May 2021, and as a Systems Engineer specializing in DeltaV and RSLogix 5 control platforms. Responsibilities at RoviSys included continuous and batch logic development, graphics development, verification testing, GMP documentation, and project management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recitation Instructor at Virginia Tech's Department of Chemistry, facilitating workshops for general chemistry students, and an internship as a Reservoir Scientist at Baker Hughes, focusing on R&D for demulsifiers in oil production. Malec holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and attended Cairo American College for high school education.
