Elyse Paneral is an experienced Automation Engineer currently at Skellig since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing applications to automate the OSIsoft PI System using Jython scripting, designing User Interfaces, and providing automation support for biomanufacturing clients. Prior to this role, Elyse worked as a Production Engineer at Takeda, focusing on resolving production issues in a cGMP environment, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes internships at Merck, Haemonetics, Shire, and the MIT Department of Biological Engineering, where Elyse gained skills in crystallization processes, reagent preparation, document compliance, and experimental design. Elyse holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
