Payam Khatibnia has extensive experience in the field of Business Intelligence and analytics, currently serving as Development Lead and Business Intelligence Specialist at Skanska since December 2018, where a significant role in Analytics IT transformation and implementation of a new analytics platform has been undertaken. Prior to this, Payam worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at EVRY for nearly four years, leading efforts in front-end development, data warehousing, and requirement analysis for Business Intelligence systems. As a co-founder of GAZE AB from January 2012 to January 2016, consulting and smartphone app development for iOS and Android were key areas of focus. Earlier experience includes technical support at LEG communication and graphic printing at Mondi Group. Payam's foundational military training took place in the Swedish Army, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Gävle and Örebro University.
