Melissa Lett Faulkner has been with Skanska since February 2005, where Melissa currently serves as CIO and SVP Head of IT Shared Services, overseeing the technology portfolio and the implementation of enterprise technologies across the US. Prior roles at Skanska include Vice President of IT Portfolio Management and various management positions within IT project management and business systems, where responsibilities encompassed business strategy implementation, data analysis, system support, and collaboration with business units for marketing systems. Melissa’s notable achievements include developing training programs for over 500 employees and delivering monthly sales and marketing analysis reports to senior executives. Melissa Lett Faulkner holds a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Mercer University and completed an executive education program at IMD in 2023. Previously, Melissa worked as a Database Specialist at Williams Mullen from March 2004 to March 2005.
