Kay Jefferson currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Skanska since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kay was the Vice President of Business and Community Development at CareerSource Tampa Bay from February 2021 to May 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Business Services. Kay also worked as the Director of Business Development at Jacobsen|Daniels from January 2018 to June 2020, and as Vice President of Operations at VoltAir Consulting Engineers from January 2011 to December 2017. Earlier in Kay's career, the role of Business to Business Executive at Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance was held from August 2006 to June 2010. Kay Jefferson earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Florida State University and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
