Claes Larsson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial real estate development and construction, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Skanska AB since August 2006. Prior to this role, Claes held the position of Business Unit President at Skanska Commercial Development Nordic from June 2002 to July 2006 and served as Managing Director at Skanska Fastigheter Göteborg from January 1999 to May 2002, focusing on real estate management and development. Claes holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA, both from Chalmers University of Technology.
