Christopher Westley is a seasoned professional in real estate development and marketing, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Services at Skanska USA Commercial Development since November 2016. Westley has held several leadership roles within Skanska, including Vice President for Marketing & Communications and Vice President for Marketing. Under Westley's leadership, a national marketing team was established to support local initiatives across over 10 million square feet of assets in major U.S. markets. Prior to Skanska, Westley operated as a Real Estate Development Strategist from 2009 to 2016, providing marketing insights to developers across various asset types. Westley's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales Marketing at Urban Residential, a Manhattan-based development firm. Westley completed the Skanska Top Executive Program at IMD in 2023 and holds a degree from the University at Albany.
