Ashleigh's background also encompasses positions such as Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator and Project Director at the Northern Kentucky Cooperative for Educational Services, Adjunct Faculty at Alamo Colleges District, Academic Advisor at Northeast Lakeview College, and various leadership roles at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Antioch College, Cincinnati State, and State University of New York College at Brockport, where a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion was emphasized.
