Andres Buitrago-Moreno is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Quality Manager for the HS2 - Skanska Costain STRABAG JV since May 2023, Buitrago-Moreno previously held positions at Morgan Sindall Group plc, where responsibilities spanned multiple projects including the Northumberland Line and Werrington Grade Separation. Prior to that, experience included roles at Costain Group PLC and Atkins, where Buitrago-Moreno managed quality processes, coordinated design teams, and assessed the impact of infrastructure projects on existing assets. Buitrago-Moreno holds an educational background from Universidad de Los Andes.
