Christine Hoogenboom currently serves as Adviseur Planning & Control at Skal Biocontrole since January 2023. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Manager Finance & Control at Veiligheidsregio IJsselland from January 2020 to December 2022, overseeing financial management for both Veiligheidsregio IJsselland and GGD IJsselland. With extensive experience in financial roles at Windesheim from 2002 to December 2019, Christine progressed from Coördinator Financiële Administratie to Manager Finance and Controller. Earlier experience includes working as a Financieel analist at Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Governance from Wagner, a Masterclass in Strategic Management from TIAS School for Business and Society, and a Master of Science in Management Sciences with a specialization in Controlling from Open Universiteit.
