Aviv Karbol has extensive experience in DevOps and system engineering, currently serving as a DevOps Tech Lead at Skai since July 2018, focusing on platform engineering solutions. Previously, Aviv held roles as a DevOps Developer in the DevEnablement Team, where the creation of developer-enhancing platforms and management of microservices architecture were key responsibilities. Aviv also worked as a Site Reliability Engineer, establishing service level objectives and ensuring the reliability of systems including continuous integration and delivery frameworks. From November 2014 to June 2018, Aviv was employed at Mamram as a System Specialist and Tech Lead, overseeing the development of large-capacity storage systems and managing data protection and architecture design. Earlier in the career, Aviv functioned as a System Engineer in the ITOPS department, with significant expertise in administering Linux, network, and virtualization environments at scale.
