Jim Finch MBA is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a strong background in managing complex supply chain operations in challenging environments. Since June 2015, Jim has served as the Group Operations Director at SKA, overseeing daily operations and financial performance across eight countries, leading teams of up to 600 personnel. Prior to this, Jim held key roles at Olive Group as Logistics Director, Agility as Operations Director, and United Warehouse Company as Logistics Manager, where significant process optimizations and operational improvements were achieved. Jim's career began in the British Army, where ten years were spent as a Captain in the Royal Logistics Corps, gaining diverse logistical experience in various global contexts. Educational qualifications include an MBA specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain from Edinburgh Napier University and a degree from Cranfield University in Command, Control and Communication Information Systems.
