Orla Kennedy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in training and employee development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at SK pharmteco since March 2023, Orla previously held multiple HR roles at Grifols from August 2019 to March 2023, including Interim HR & Training Lead, where responsibilities included addressing HR, Training, and Payroll inquiries for over 285 employees. Earlier experience includes working as a Training Specialist at KPMG Ireland, managing training programs for approximately 780 employees, and as a Support Officer at Ervia, contributing to project management and HR accreditation efforts. Orla also has retail experience from Primark Stores Limited and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maynooth University, an MSc in Management Consultancy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development from the National College of Ireland.
