Gary Ball has extensive experience in sales and marketing, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Gary has held various leadership roles at different companies.
At SK Life Science, Inc., Gary currently serves as the VP of Sales & Marketing, where they lead the sales and marketing efforts for XCOPRI, a newly launched antiseizure medication. Gary is responsible for developing strategic plans and initiatives to promote XCOPRI, increase patient and healthcare professional satisfaction, and has established the XCOPRI Core Team to facilitate decision-making.
Prior to their current role, Gary was the Head of Marketing at AMAG Pharmaceuticals. During their six years at the company, they played a crucial role in the marketing team and was the Marketing Team Lead for Makena, a specialty orphan drug that generated over $410M in annual revenue. Gary oversaw the development and implementation of a comprehensive Auto Injector launch and created marketing plans for various customer segments.
Before joining AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Gary worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Formerly Sepracor). Gary held the position of Executive Director of COPD Marketing, where they managed marketing operations for BROVANA and Sun-101. Gary also led the development and launch of promotional campaigns, including a brand re-positioning exercise that was nominated as a finalist for Best MVA in the 2015 MM&M Awards.
