Andre Visse is an experienced IT professional with an extensive career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of IT Operations at Telia Eesti since July 2016. In addition, Visse holds key leadership positions as a Member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at both SK ID Solutions and Eest Lairiba Arenduse SA since 2019 and 2020, respectively. Prior to these roles, Visse was the IT Area Manager at Elion Enterprises Ltd from 2013 to 2016 and the Head of Services Department at IT Grupp AS from 2002 to 2013.
