Joonduck Chang has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Joonduck started their career at LG Semicon as a Semiconductor Design Engineer from 1994 to 1997. Joonduck then transitioned into a Marketing Manager role at LG Semicon from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2012, they worked at Hynix Semiconductor as a Marketing Manager. In 2012, they joined SK Telecom as a Business Development Manager until 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at SK hynix as the Director of Global Sales and Marketing.

Joonduck Chang completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering from Sogang University from 1988 to 1992. Joonduck then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sogang University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to these degrees, there is an education gap between 1984 and 1986.
