Jim Pacino is a seasoned professional with over 46 years of experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at SK Food Group Inc since July 2015, Jim previously held key roles including Director of Service Operations at ABC Refreshments, where responsibilities involved coordinating customer communications and addressing concerns in a dynamic market. At The Cuyahoga Group, Jim implemented the Commissary Liaison Program and contributed to the development of the Self Serve Micro Market division. As Director of Business Development at Nancy J's Kitchen, Jim spearheaded the creation of a wholesale food products division, leading to a 20% revenue increase across multiple states. Jim founded and led Deli Wagon Food Service for over 31 years, overseeing a team of 27 employees and enhancing brand recognition through innovative packaging and labeling strategies.
