SangYeop (Alex) An is a seasoned professional in global human resources with experience in various organizations, currently serving as Global HR at SK ecoplant since June 2023. Prior work experience includes a role in the Field HR team at Tesla, where significant contributions were made to multiple HR projects and data analysis for over 15,000 employees. At SAP, as an HRBP Intern, SangYeop actively supported organizational strategies and facilitated communication between the company and labor unions while managing HR analytics. Earlier roles included HR internships at Air Liquide and operations management at the Asian Development Bank, alongside administrative experience during the Olympics with OBS and talent acquisition at AIESEC in Sweden. SangYeop holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Utah.
