JEONG (John) LEE is an experienced Procurement Manager currently involved in the Silvertown Tunnel Project with Riverlinx CJV and SK ecoplant, having extensive responsibilities in supplier management, tender processes, and cost reporting. Prior experience includes roles as Cost of Quality Manager at Heathrow Airport Limited and UCL, where significant contributions were made to project performance benchmarking. Earlier in the career, JEONG served as a Cost Estimator and Senior Procurement Specialist at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., focusing on overseas bidding projects. JEONG holds a Master of Science in Construction Economics and Management from UCL and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Chung-Ang University.
