Sean’s not a name dropper, but he’s got plenty of high profile ‘celebrity’ chefs on his CV that he can call mentors with many a Michelin star to their names. This includes Gordon Ramsey, Mark Sargeant at Claridges and Marcus Wareing at Petrus. He even managed to cook once for his favourite chef; Thomas Keller of the French Laundry, California.
Sean is classically trained, hailing from Melton Mowbray Catering College, but he admits that most of his training has come on the job in the many restaurants he’s worked in. His experience spans 20 years, including a stint as Head Chef of a vegetarian restaurant and running his own fine dining establishment in Leicestershire. He brings all that knowledge and experience to create dishes at SK Foods.
