Paul Charkowski has extensive experience in physician recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Physician Recruitment at Saint Joseph Health System since April 2014. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Tucson Medical Center from June 2005 to March 2014, including Physician Network Manager and Physician Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment and financial processes. Earlier experience at Spectrum Health involved a combination of physician recruitment and radiology management over a span of 17 years. Paul Charkowski earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University between 1978 and 1982.
