Dr. Scott Ellis currently serves as the System Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana, overseeing operations since February 2024. Previous experience includes the role of Chief Nursing Officer at Northwest Health from August 2022 to October 2023, and Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Officer at St. Anthony Regional Hospital from October 2020 to July 2022. Dr. Ellis has also held leadership positions at Memorial Hermann Greater Heights, including Director of Patient Care for Critical Care and Cardiovascular Services, and interim director of the Family Birthing Center. Additional roles span various healthcare organizations, including management in critical care and telemetry services and work as an agency and float pool registered nurse. Dr. Ellis holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina, an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Southern Nazarene University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Oklahoma City University.
