Preksha Sudhakar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, client services, and identity and access management. Currently serving as a Life & Leadership Coach at Preksha Life Coaching and a Career and Professional Development Coach at Up With Women / Exponenti'elles, Preksha also holds the position of Director of Client Services at SiyonaTech. Prior roles include Agile Coach at Swiss Re, where responsibilities spanned people and culture development to transformation management, as well as Senior Manager at KPMG Switzerland. Preksha's earlier career includes consulting and instructional roles in identity and access management at GCA Technology Services and Cambridge Technology Partners, alongside software development at Verizon. Preksha holds an MBA from the University of St.Gallen and advanced degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.
