Russell Thomas is a seasoned Pega Developer and Architect with extensive experience across various companies in the industry. Currently at SiXworks Limited since July 2022, Russell specializes in production defect resolution and development of GDPR and Data Treatment solutions. Previous roles include Pega Lead Architect at William Alexander Consulting and Pega Architect at Xoserve, focusing on optimizing business processes with Pega. Russell’s earlier experience includes serving as Lead Systems Architect at ELEVATE BPM LTD, where multiple projects using Pega 8.3 were managed, and Pega Architect roles at RCDTS and Capgemini, where Russell designed and implemented numerous Pega solutions and conducted upgrades. Russell's career began as a Business Analyst and I.T Consultant in the early 2000s, progressively advancing to senior architect roles. Russell holds an M.Sc. in Computing from Staffordshire University.
