Russell Wolff is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for Sports, Media & Entertainment at Sixth Street since January 2024, Wolff previously held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of ESPN+ at Disney Streaming Services from November 2018 to July 2023. Prior to that, Wolff was with ESPN for nearly two decades, where roles included Executive Vice President and Managing Director of ESPN International, as well as Senior Vice President of International. Earlier in their career, Wolff worked as Senior Vice President of Programming at ESPN STAR Sports and Vice President for the Asia Pacific region at ESPN. Their foundational experience includes a role as Director of Market Development at Viacom and an Account Executive position at Leo Burnett. Wolff earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
