Anne-Sophie Walch Herzog is an HR Specialist at Sixt. Anne-Sophie previously worked as an Assistante RH & Recrutement at PSA Peugeot Citroen from September 2011 to August 2012. In this role, they participated in the CDI hiring process, including scheduling, inviting, and following up on medical visits; drafting employment contracts; declaring hires to URSSAF; and recording hires in the HR software. Anne-Sophie also welcomed new hires (temporary, CDD, and CDI) on a daily basis, presented safety, behavioral, and practical information related to their missions on site, participated in apprentice recruitment by conducting interviews and debriefing with management, and formalized the PSA interim charter. Additionally, they designed and presented a training module to sensitize HR managers and unit managers to the management of temporary personnel. Finally, they organized and followed up on the 2012 Employment Forum for those temporary workers affected by the shutdown of their production line with a view to reclassification and employability.

Anne-Sophie Walch Herzog has a Master in Ressources Humaines from EM Strasbourg Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Duale Hochschule Baden Württemberg, a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz, and a Licence in Economie-Gestion from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar.
