Civan Erol has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales roles.

In 2013, they joined Sixt rent a car Türkiye as a Corporate Sales Representative. Civan then progressed through various roles within the company, including Corporate Sales Specialist, Corporate Sales and Leasing Specialist, Corporate Sales and Leasing Key Account Manager, and Corporate Sales and Leasing Chief. Their work in these positions involved managing corporate client accounts and leasing transactions.

In 2020, Civan became a Regional Sales Manager at Sixt rent a car Türkiye, where they successfully managed and developed sales strategies in the designated region.

In 2021, they joined Bor Holding as a Regional Sales Manager, where they continued to demonstrate their expertise in managing sales operations within a specific region.

Finally, in 2022, Civan Erol became the Head of International Corporate and Regional Sales at SIXT rent a car Türkiye, further showcasing their leadership skills and ability to handle corporate and regional sales responsibilities on an international level.

Civan Erol's education history begins with their high school years at EÅŸrefpaÅŸa Anadolu Lisesi, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at YaÅŸar Ãœniversitesi from 2006 to 2011. During their time there, they also obtained a certification in Foreign Trade and Online Marketing from YaÅŸar Ãœniversitesi in 2010.

Additionally, in 2005, Civan Erol obtained a certification in Speed Reading and Comprehension from Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı. Following this, they pursued further education at Anadolu University from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
