Paul Naha-Biswas has a diverse range of experience in the media, technology, and telecommunications industries. Paul is currently the CEO and Founder of Sixley, a multi-degree recruitment engagement platform. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Mediaator, a strategy consultancy for media and digital media industries.
From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Alvarez & Marsal, first as the Senior Advisor for Media, Tech, and Telecoms and later as the Head of Media Practice. During their time there, they brought in new clients, including a global top 3 sports league and a large content streaming platform.
From 2013 to 2015, Paul served as the Founder and Joint MD of Boclips, the world's largest rich media library for learning. Paul was responsible for acquiring over 2 million video clips from various suppliers and securing clients among the largest education publishers.
Prior to that, Paul held leadership positions at ITN, Vector Limited, TVNZ, Fremantle, and Spectrum Strategy Consultants (acquired by Value Partners). Paul'sresponsibilities at these companies varied from co-heading consulting and ventures divisions to leading the television and content businesses for New Zealand's national fiber plan.

Paul Naha-Biswas has an MA degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, they attended Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn, where they achieved Straight As and distinctions in their A-Level, S-Level, and GCSE examinations.
