Beverly Crawford is an experienced library assistant at The Licia & Mason Beekley Community Library since April 2021, with a diverse writing background spanning several positions at Six Red Marbles, Aptara, and as a self-employed writer since 2013. Prior experience includes a senior contractor/proofreader role at Babbletype and internships focused on grant writing and development at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Opera. Beverly has contributed to various programming and outreach efforts, including assisting with grant applications at Young Audiences of Maryland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance from Northwestern University and a Master of Music in Historical Musicology from Florida State University.
