Stephen Kane is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in financial management and controls across various industries. Currently serving as Accounting Controller at Six One Commodities since October 2021, Stephen has previously held senior positions at Lumen Technologies and Marathon Oil Corporation, where management of production revenue accounting and disbursements was key. Additional roles included overseeing accounts payable, international general accounting, and supporting financial and operational analysis. Stephen’s experience extends to the audit and consulting realm with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and operational roles at Green Earth Fuels and Service Corporation International, where significant contributions were made to process improvements and financial oversight. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta.
