Candice Tang has a diverse work experience in the medical writing and communications field. Candice started their career as a Research Communications Intern at the Canadian Cancer Society in 2017. Candice then served as a Writer & Communications Director at the Life Sciences Career Development Society (LSCDS) from September 2017 to August 2018. In 2018, they joined Xtalks as a Life Science Journalist & Webinar Moderator but left in January 2020. At the same time, they also worked at the University Health Network as a Science Writer from January 2018 to December 2019. Candice then joined Six Degrees Medical in February 2020 as a Medical Writer and gradually progressed to the position of Senior Medical Writer from March 2021 to October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Medical Writer at Six Degrees Medical.
Candice Tang earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Life Science & Psychology from Queen's University from 2012 to 2016. Candice then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Immunology at the University of Toronto from 2016 to 2018.
