Vinay Gundewadi is an experienced professional in production management with a background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager - Production at SIVA Group since September 2023, Vinay leads RF-id Flexo printing and digital printing processes, focusing on high-quality output and effective coordination with various departments. Previously, as an Operations Supervisor at CommScope, Vinay managed base station antenna assembly and testing lines, while also supporting production processes in wave soldering and sub-assembly. At Molex, Vinay oversaw the assembly of electrical connectors, ensuring productivity and quality. Further experience includes a role as a Senior Production Engineer at Sogefi Group, responsible for automobile air filter production, and as a Production Engineer at Supreme Group, with expertise in water-jet cutting and robotics. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from KVG College of Engineering, earned in 2012.
