Dr. Soc. Tiina Soininen is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Karelia University of Applied Sciences since December 2021, leading the TIEJOT project focused on developing an advanced education programme in information management and analytics. In addition, Tiina Soininen works as a Lecturer of Knowledge Management at Siun sote since November 2019 and holds the position of Human Resources Controller at Pohjois-Karjalan maakuntaliitto since October 2017. Previous roles include Data Analyst at the North Carelian Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment, Post-doctoral researcher, Doctoral Researcher, and Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland. Tiina Soininen holds a Doctor of Social Science degree from the University of Eastern Finland and is pursuing additional education at Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education.
