Paula Ossandon Lira currently serves as Gerente área Salud and CEO at Situ - Envejecer en Casa since September 2020. In addition, Paula holds the position of Secretaria and Presidenta at the Sociedad Científica de Enfermería Paliativa (SOCEP) since January 2022. Paula is also a docente at Universidad de los Andes (CL) for the Diplomado en Cuidados Paliativos del Adulto y Adulto Mayor and has previously been a facilitator at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Other notable roles include instructor at Escuela de Enfermería UC and Presidenta of the Capítulo de Enfermería de la Sociedad Médica de Cuidados Paliativos. Paula has actively contributed to the promotion of universal palliative care legislation in Chile and has an extensive educational background, holding several diplomas and a Master's degree in Cuidados Paliativos from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
