Erin Moniz is the Senior Manager of Family Concierge at Sittercity. Erin has over fifteen years of customer service experience.

Erin began their career as a Territory Manager at Kellogg Company. Erin was responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they met their sales goals. After three years in this role, they transitioned to Bridgestone, where they managed a team of professional service managers.

In 2013, Erin joined Nestlé Waters North America as a Customer Service Leader. In this role, they oversaw the customer service department and implemented new strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Erin left Nestlé in 2015 to join American Holt Corp., where they served as the Customer Service Manager.

In 2018, Erin joined Lhasa OMS as the Senior Customer Service Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the customer service department and developing new processes to improve efficiency. Erin left Lhasa OMS in 2022 to join Sittercity as the Senior Manager of Family Concierge.

Erin Moniz's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State University. Erin continued their education at Westfield State University, where they earned a degree in Education.
